LAMINATED: Flat cut acrylic or foam, laminated with either .030″ thick metal faces or 1/8″ thick acrylic faces for indoor applications only.

Aluminum: 1/8″ to 1″ thick in letter heights from 1″ to 46″. Can be supplied with a horizontal or vertical brushed finish, one of 7 anodized finishes or can be painted in one of 45 standard or any custom colour.
#304 or #316 Stainless Steel: 1/8″ to 1/2″ thick in letter heights from 1″ to 46″. Can be supplied with a horizontal or vertical brushed finish. Polished finish also available. #304 Satainless Steel will work suitably for all interior and most exterior applications. #316 Stainless Steel contains the addition of molybdenum, an alloy which drastically enhances corrosion resistance, especially for more saline exposed environments. #316 Stainless Steel is more expensive than #304 Stainless Steel however, if your application is intended to be an exterior application near an Ocean than we highly recommend this type of Stainless Steel to maximize the longevity of your investment.
Brass: 1/8″ to 3/4″ thick in letter heights from 1″ to 30″. Can be supplied with a horizontal or vertical brushed finish. Polished finish, light, regular or dark oxidized finish also available.
Bronze: 1/8″ to 1/2″ thick in letter heights from 1″ to 46″. Can be supplied with a horizontal or vertical brushed finish. Polished finish, light, regular or dark oxidized finish and traditional or turquoise patina finish also available.
Copper: 1/8″ to 3/8″ thick in letter heights from 1″ to 40″. Can be supplied with a horizontal or vertical brushed finish. Polished finish, light, regular or dark oxidized finish also available.
Corten Steel: 1/8″ to 1/4″ thick in letter heights from 1″ to 46″. Corten steel is designed to naturally oxidize (rust). After fabrication and left to the elements the Corten steel will rust, similar to regular mild steels. The difference is the composition of Corten steel allows it to keep its strength only forming rust on the outer layer. This thin layer of rust will then go through the patina process until cured. The patina process will change the colour and tones of the material over a 6 to 10-week period outdoors. During this period, rust run off is present (rust drips). Once cured the material will continue to evolve with the environment for years to come without losing any strength!
Cast: Cast aluminum and cast bronze metal letters are also available with prismatic faces for a 3 dimensional look.

Made from a rigid and durable injection-molded plastic, each panel is molded with a small raised edge on the back designed to prevent scratching as the letters are moved in and out of the track, extending the useful life of each panel. The molded-in feet keep debris and ice from interfering with changes.

. The fonts are printed onto the clear panels with highly durable UV ink in either black, red or white.
Standard font sets of 100 characters are available in 3″, 4″, 6″, 8″ and 10″ printed heights. Details can be reviewed in the PDF brochure below.
Track and change arms are also available. Create your signage layout on any flat smooth surface, indoors or outdoors by first mounting lengths of track spaced for the specific panel size chosen and then insert the panels as required to create the message of your choice. Letter panels are easily changed as frequently as you may require. Telescoping fiberglass change arms with a suction cup are available in lengths as long as 22′ 8″ for changes to signs out of reach.
