HEWCO SOLID BRASS STAMPS
ICE STAMPS AND ICE TRAY STAMPS: With a Hewco ice stamp or ice tray stamp you can stamp your ice cubes with your Corporate, Business or Personal logo or monogram. Keep up with this cool, icy trend which is becoming more and more popular in cafeterias, bars, restaurants, hotels and at weddings, parties and for home use. If your tray or machine formed ice cubes or if your commercially supplied ice cubes have a face 1.5″ (38.1mm) or smaller, our one piece hand held ice stamp with a tapered handle would be an ideal choice. These hand held ice stamps are also ideal for use with commercially supplied ice spheres of any size. Optionally we also can manufacture our brass ice tray stamp for you which is flat table top ice stamp with a raised outer border to contain your ice cube. Ice tray stamps are ideal for any tray formed or commercially supplied ice cubes with a face up to 2″ (50.8mm) and are ideal for business and continual use. Ice tray stamps can be ordered in larger or in multi face design configurations allowing you to stamp different images onto multiple faces of your ice cubes. All Hewco ice stamps and ice tray stamps are manufactured with raised graphics and text so that they easily melt into your ice cubes. Recessed graphics and text can be manufactured when requested. Our ice stamps and ice tray stamps can be easily cleaned by hand with soap and water or can be placed in your regular or commercial dish washer.
LEATHER STAMPS: Available in any size you may require. Our brass leather stamps are supplied either mounted to a metal handle designed for using with a hammer or can be supplied flat in 3/8″ (9.5mm) or 1/2″ (12.7mm) thick to use with an arbor press or in your own custom press. These stamps are manufactured with raised graphics and text so that they press well into your leather. Recessed graphics and text can be manufactured when requested. SOAP/CLAY STAMPS: Available in any size you require. If your image is smaller than 1.5″(38.1mm) diameter you have the option to order the above 3″ (76.2mm) tall one piece with tapered handle WAX STAMP. In this case you will most likely need to request that you require raised graphics and text. If your image is larger, we will manufacture your stamp at the size you request and can mount a metal handle to your stamp or it can be supplied flat if you are using it in a custom press. These stamps are manufactured with raised graphics and text so that they press well into your soap or clay. Recessed graphics and text can be manufactured when requested. These stamps are designed to be used while your product is still soft. (We also offer an economical hard rubber SOAP /CLAY STAMP with a wood handle which will also work well but not as durable and long lasting as our brass option).
WAX SEAL STAMPS: Available in our standard 1″ (25.4mm) diameter x 3″ (76.2mm) tall one piece with tapered handle or our standard 1.5″ (38.1mm) diameter x 3″ (76.2mm) tall one piece with tapered handle. Use your wax stamp with our in stock glue gun insertable wax sticks available in colours as shown below or use with your own seal wax. Custom size stamps also can be manufactured. Use these brass stamps on wedding invitations, for labels in your wine bottling process and for any other creative uses you my have. These stamps are manufactured with recessed graphics and text so that the wax forms a raised image when stamped onto your items.
All of our brass stamps and trays are deeply custom engraved with your supplied image, logo, monogram or text.

HEWCO FLEXIBLE WAX STICKS
Our wax sticks can be used traditionally by melting with a flame or can be inserted into one of our electric wax stick melting guns. You can also use any standard full size electric glue gun which has been cleaned and is completely free of any glue residue. Our specialized wax sticks are 7/16″ (11.1mm) diameter x 4″ (101.6mm) long. (Our wax sticks will NOT work with mini electric glue guns).
Allow the electric melting gun to heat up and push out a circle of wax close in size to the diameter of your brass stamp head, let the wax dry for a second or two and then gently place (do not push) your brass stamp into the wax. (The weight of our brass stamp is designed to apply the perfect amount of pressure to provide the best possible wax seal image!). Remove the brass stamp after a few seconds and once the wax has hardened.
Keeping your brass stamp chilled is advisable for the best results. A tried and true method is to keep an ice pack covered with a dry cloth next to your work area and rest your brass stamp on it between impressions.
Use for Wedding invitations, place cards, labelling wine bottles, jars and for decorative packaging.
If you are planning to melt our wax traditionally with a flame you may encounter your finished seal to contain a slight sooty residue from the flame which is normal. This will never happen when using a standard size electric melting gun.
