Hewco 1260 Wetsurf Lumber Marking Ink: For automatic grading or hand-stamping on wet, frozen, green or dry lumber. Waterproof, sun proof, quick drying, ideal for sub zero conditions. Available in black only in 1 gallon (3.8L) containers.

Hewco 2055 and Hewco Roto Flow Ink: An all purpose ink intended for pressurized flowthrough inking systems for grade printing GRN, S-GRN and KD-HT lumber. Compatible with all grade printing equipment using neoprene feed rolls. Low fade due to UV exposure and water resistant. Used extensively in lumber and sheathing plants. Roto Flow black and blue colours are APA recognized ink. Available in Black, Blue, Red and Green in 1 gallon (4L), 5 gallon (20L), 45 gallon (180L) and Tote (275 gallon) (1100L) containers.

HEWCO 2331 Ultraviolet Ink: A clear invisible ink that can be used in specialised dot on demand inkjet printers or can be used in an ink pad with a regular rubber stamp. Leaves an invisible mark on all pourous surfaces until viewed under a black light. Non Flammable, Liquid, water based. User and Enviroment Safe. Does not contain alcohols or solvents. Can be custom ordered with a tracer colour when required. Available in 1 gallon (4L) containers.

Marsh Roller Stencil Ink: Specially formulated to meet the most stringent quality control standards for all dry wood applications. Waterproof, permanent, and fast drying on wood and most other surfaces. Marks on porous or non-porous surfaces. Can be used to make clear legible marks with the Marsh Fountain Brush, Fountain Roller, RM20 Roller with RM50 Pad and standard spray gun. Use Marsh Rolmark Solvent for cleanup. Available in black, blue, green, orange, red, white and yellow. Available in 1 quart (.95L) and 1 gallon (4L). Colours meet government performance specification CID A-A-208B.

Hewco F200 Indicator Ink: To identify lumber types, sizes, etc within your saw mill. Compatible with all ink spray systems. Low PH, negligible corrosive, non-disappearing. Available in a range of standard colours in 5-gallon (20L) containers.

Hewco Houdini Disappearing Moisture Meter Ink: To identify high moisture content in lumber and plywood, compatible with all spray systems. Available in a range of standard colours in 5-gallon (20L) containers.

Hewco 1270 Pulp Bale Marking Ink: For the stenciling of markings on bales of pulp. FD&C approved, 100% re-pulpable. Available in a range of standard colours in 1-gallon (4L) containers.

Hewco Block-Out Pulp Bale Marking Ink: For blocking out or covering over previously stenciled marks on bales of pulp. FD&C approved, 100% re-pulpable. Available in a range of standard colours in 5-gallon (20L) containers.

PORELON HP INK ROLLS

Porelon HP Ink Rolls are available in 4″ O.D. x 3″ I.D. (by your specific length) and 2.5″ O.D. x 1″ I.D. (by your specific length) in all colours. These proprietary high performance oil-based, ink-impregnated gel rolls are considered to be the standard of performance for ink rolls. Custom sizes and special product types such as quick dry are also available by special order. Our Porelon HP ink rolls will fit Globe Burelbach, Claussen All-Mark, Irvington, Timberstar as well as other makes of equipment.

HEWCO HP (ROLL-MAX) INK ROLLS

Hewco HP (Roll-Max) Ink Rolls are available in 4″ O.D. x 3″ I.D. (by your specific length) in black, red, green and blue. The ink formulation and performance of these ink rolls are APA-Certified. Quality Control Managers at mills at several locations throughout North America have extensively tested these new ink rolls for us and have determined that these ink rolls perform as well as or better than Claussen All-Mark Brand High Performance Rolls. It has also been determined that these new ink rolls can achieve an approximate 20% longer life and are (depending on the quantity ordered) on average 20% less expensive then any other ink roll. Our Hewco HP (Roll-Max) ink rolls will fit Globe Burelbach, Claussen All-Mark, Irvington, Timberstar as well as other makes of equipment.

DRY INK ROLLS

High Performance Neoprene and Latex rolls to fit any hand held or machinery application you may have for transferring ink for a contact marking device.

Neoprene:

4″ diameter to fit a 2-1/8″ shaft in widths of .75″, 1″, 2″ or 3″

2.5″ diameter to fit a 1″ shaft in a width of 3″

Multiples can be placed together to create larger width applications. Custom sizes are also available.

Latex:

4″ diameter to fit a 2-1/4″ shaft in a width of 1″
