IPPC Compliant Stamps: IPPC stamps with your company registration information and compliant product such as HT or D-HT. Stamps can be Manufactured as a Hewco Hand Stamp, a Hewco or Totem Grading Hammer, a Hewco Industrial Hand Roller or in a Self Inking Heavy Duty Stamp.

Non Certified Grade Stamps: For Logo Marking, Brand Names, identifying Shifts, Days, Months, Years, Made in Canada, Product of Canada, internal Coding needs, Nail Line dies and other requests.

HEAVY DUTY SELF-INKING LUMBER STAMPS

These heavy duty, plain self-inking stamps are designed for heavy industrial use. The metal frame is well suited to rough use, and the felt pad accepts most types of ink. A large handle is easy to hold when wearing gloves. Custom-manufactured deep type rubber dies are mounted to the units for quick, easy marking.

Available in a range of sizes up to 2-1/2″ x 5″ (63.5mm x 127mm)

HEWCO & TOTEM GRADING HAMMERS

A choice of well-balanced Rubber Stamp Grading Hammers that enables the lumber grader to produce better marking with relative ease, using any one of the four custom rubber stamps mounted onto either a metal head on the Hewco Hammer or a rubber head on the Totem Hammer. Featuring a long hardwood oval handle with a grip notch that allows you to select the appropriate mark by feel. There is also a built-in crayon holder in the base of the handle, in case any supplementary marks are required. Custom rubber dies are manufactured to order in either natural or synthetic rubber.

Hewco Hammers allow rubber dies to be inserted into and out of the metal clips easily as required. Totem Hammers can have the rubber dies glue mounted to the rubber head or can be manufactured to have a Velcro hook and loop attachment for easy changes.

HEWCO INDUSTRIAL RUBBER STAMP HAND ROLLERS

Available in Non-Self Inking Units or Self Inking Units. 2.5″ (63.5mm) and 3.5″ (88.9mm) standard diameter wooden drum with aluminum wear plate mounted to an aluminum frame with a large wooden handle. Custom rubber stamp dies are made to order in either natural or synthetic rubber. Available in widths of 3″ (76.2mm), 4″ (101.6mm), 6″ (152.4mm) and 8″ (203.2mm). Custom diameters and lengths also available.

LARGE CHARACTER BAND STAMPS

Stamp a series of numbers or letters or a date in a changeable combination onto a single line by ordering one of our standard or custom Traditional or Self-Inking Band Stamps. All Band Stamps are supplied with a metal frame, heavy duty handle and with deep cast rubber bands.

Traditional Band Stamps requiring a separate stamp pad range from 2 bands to 22 bands wide and are available in character heights from 1/16″ (1.6mm) to 7/8″ (22mm). The larger the character height you require, the less bands will be available on the stamp.

Self-inking Band Stamps range from 2 bands to 20 bands wide and are available in character heights from 1/16″ (1.6mm) to 5/16″ (8mm). The larger the character height you require, the less bands will be available on the stamp.

Each band on the stamp can be a number band, letter band or a custom band depending on your requirements.

Traditional Dater Band Stamps will stamp the date in a MMM DD YYYY format in character heights from 1/16″ (1.6mm) to 11/16″ (17.5mm).

Self-inking Dater Band Stamps will stamp the date in a MMM DD YYYY format in character heights from 1/16″ (1.6mm) to 5/16″ (8mm).

Any of the above options are also available in a custom traditional or self-inking Die Plate Band Stamp whereby custom information such as a name, address or other information can be assembled above and or below the band stamp assembly so that all of the information stamps at once.

REINER RUBBER FACE NUMBERING MACHINES

Specially designed for printing on wood using rubber faced wheels in a sturdy, heavy duty metal frame. Fast and reliable self-inking machine. 6 to 8 wheels with rubber faces.

6 wheel machines are available with a 3/16″ (4.8mm), 7/32″ (5.6mm) or 1/4″ (6.4mm) character height. 7 wheel machines are available with a 3/16″ (4.8mm) character height. 8 wheel machines are available with a 3/16″ (4.8mm) character height. Five different actions; consecutive and repeating up to 4 times.
